Return Policy
We believe in a simple, transparent policy. Our "Authentic Scent, Zero Regret" promise means you get to try authentic scents affordably. Here are our rules to keep things fair.
1. The Golden Rule: Sprayed = Sold
Our policy is simple: Sprayed = Sold. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any decant that has been used or sprayed, even once.
Due to the personal nature of perfume, once you spray it, it is yours. This is industry standard for all fragrance samples and decants.
2. CRITICAL: Inspect Your Order on Delivery
This is our most important rule. You MUST check your order in front of the delivery agent before you pay.
Verify the following:
- You received the correct scents and correct sizes
- Nothing is broken or leaking
- All items from your order are present
If there is ANY issue:
DO NOT accept the package. Hand it back to the delivery agent and contact us immediately at admin@mavnscent.com.
If you accept the package and the delivery agent leaves, the sale is considered final. We cannot accept claims for wrong, missing, or damaged items after delivery is completed.
3. What We Do Not Accept Returns For
We do not offer returns for the following reasons:
- •"I don't like the scent" - We do not offer returns based on personal dislike of a fragrance. The entire purpose of MAVN is to provide an affordable way for you to test new scents. Trying a 5ml sample and discovering you don't like it is the "Zero Regret" experience—it just saved you from buying a full bottle!
- •Used, sprayed, or opened items - For hygiene reasons, any opened product cannot be returned.
- •Issues reported after delivery - Any claims made after you've accepted the package and the delivery agent has left.
4. Order Cancellations
You can cancel any order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched for delivery.
Please contact us at admin@mavnscent.com with your order number, and we'll process your cancellation immediately.
5. Our Authenticity Guarantee
100% Authentic Fragrances. We guarantee that every drop of fragrance we sell is genuine.
We purchase full-sized, original bottles from authorized retailers and decant them ourselves into our high-quality MAVN sample bottles. We never sell fakes, knock-offs, or "inspired-by" scents.
Your decant contains the exact same perfume as the original designer bottle—just in a convenient sample size.
